The skills learned in this course provide me with a level of knowledge and service that allows me to help my clients in a dramatic and positive way. e-PRO: - The Internet has brought about new kind of Consumer, the Internet Empowered Consumer. An e-PRO is a REALTOR who has successfully completed the e-PRO training program for real estate professionals.  Endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS, the e-PRO course teaches professionals the nut and bolts of working with ON-LINE real estate tools: Web sites, e-mails, on-line tools, and most of all, what is today’s Consumer really want. Only about 1% of all the Realtors are e-PRO certified. They are considered an Elite group of Realtors.

CRS: - Certified Residential Specialists. A higher level of education in Residential sales—Because you always insist on the best for yourself and your real estate transactions. In fact only 2% of all RELTORS posses the CRS designation. Select your realtor from this specialized breed of realtors. Select a CRS!

GRI: - Graduate of Realtor Institute. GRI is the certification granted to gradates who pass the Graduate Realtor Institute professional series of courses. It shows that the holder has a solid grasp of all real estate fundamentals. The program is run by the National Association of Realtors as one of their advanced training programs for realtors.
